Yes, Cisco Ramon is cute and adorable, and as far as HR and Harrison are concerned asking for it! They just have different ways of showing him!
So there's a school of thought that says Cisco Ramon basically belongs to Harrison Wells, and that's why he has a connection with every Wells they meet. I am amenable to this! However, I am also nothing if not studious, so I backed up my findings with solid research, which I present to you at the end of the tale as supporting evidence. In short. It's cannon Cisco is indeed the hot little husband of any Wells smart enough to snatch him up and keep him!
